To make managing significant behaviors a team effort, we must leverage specific data, implement targeted team meetings, and provide ready-to-use tools. Just as we approach deficits in math and reading, behavior challenges require a data-driven strategy. As leaders, it is our responsibility to equip general education staff with the tools and knowledge they need to feel confident in working with these students.
