As an educator for over two decades, Coach Will's students won awards for individual and group performance locally and nationally. He has received recognition from school districts, community organizations, and regional organizations for educational achievement and leadership. He has advanced degrees in business and education and is a Doctoral Candidate (ABD) in PK-12 Urban School Leadership. His dissertation researches leadership development.
